In The Substance of TED Unseen, our fourth TEDxSingapore idea event, we bring and show you aspects of TED that you would only experience when you attend a TED conference: Live TED-U speakers, watch TED Talks from the perspective of attendees, meet and hear the experiences of Tino Chow, a Singaporean and TED Fellow and insights into TED Conferences from TEDsters.
